Does exactly as claimed and does it well. Very useful/versatile backpack. It's light and adjustable, should fit all sizes, running or hill walking It looks good and provides storage/pockets for accessories, keys etc. I'd recommend rinsing out the water pouch overnight in case there's any taste. Not noticeable after a couple of uses. Pouch was easy to fill, empty and clean.

This in my opinion is a great hydration backpack that comes with a equally good hydration bladder. Genuinely very impressed with both parts that make up this item. The bag is lightweight but well made with good strong stitching. It has a multitude of storage pockets and compartments and then has the main storage compartment for the bladder which has a foil lining to help keep the liquid in the bladder nice and cool (please see photos of pockets and of main compartment). There are 2 Velcro straps in the top back of the bag for fixing the bladder in place – you then thread the tube out of either of either point where the should straps are connected to the bag. Is recommended to use the left one here though as then can clip the bottom of the pipe in the clip on the right shoulder strap meaning you can have both hands free whilst running, cycling etc and take sips without using your hands. The bag is really comfortable to wear and as already mentioned has lots of pockets. It has a zip pocket on both side of the lower straps that connect around your lower body / waist – and I can fit my standard sized iphone into these pockets on either side no problem. There is then the front storage compartment which within it has 1 zipped and 1 open pocket (per photos). The storage compartment is not that deep but you will be able to fit a light jacket, some food, some gloves and a hat as an example. Then there is the front mesh pocket for keeping other low value items. Handily there is also a drawstring on the front of the bag which can be used to keep everything in the bag tight and from bouncing around. The pipe push fits to the bladder and to release you just press the button to the side. To fill the bladder you just unscrew the big tightener at top middle and fill and resecure. The drinking end of the tube has a dust cover and the part you put in your mouth is soft so is comfortable. I absolutely recommend this bag and can’t wait for the better weather to arrive so I can start using it on long bike rides and who knows, possible even a long run!

This is the perfect backpack for long walks, hikes, cycling, or days out. I got the teal/green colour and it is true to image as per the listing. I wanted something a bit different to the usual black or grey backpacks and am so pleased I went for the teal one as it’s a bit different. It comes with a bladder pouch which is really easy to set up and use, it was my first time using this sort of water system and it was a game changer! So handy for long hikes and walks, I will definitely be using it for all walks going forward. The material is very robust considering it was fairly inexpensive, I can see it lasting a long time so long it is looked after. The only downside I’d say was that the water tasted a bit plastic from the bladder (despite washing it before use), however I’ve done some research and found that this is very normal and eventually after a few washes this will subside. Other than that though I really recommend this back pack at a great price!

I was impressed by the specification and design of this backpack before order and now it's been delivered and used, I am even more impressed by its practicality. The backpack is well made using quality materials with the body constructed from ripstop nylon and has some good design features. The main compartment houses the water bladder with a very large 3L capacity. This is too much for me so I used it just half-full which also left space within the compartment to include a few snacks. The water was chilled to icy before use and, thanks to the silver foil insulation layer to both sides, it remained cool on a hot (24°C), humid (80-90% humidity) day and kept my snacks cool too. The water bladder is easy to fill and drain via a large 85mm screw fastening. I'm 5'8", UK size 12 female and the pack fits me well with ample capacity to extend straps and the waist belt to fit a larger person or while wearing bulky outdoor clothing. The waist belt is fully adjustable, lightly padded and features two useful zipped-top side pockets which are easily accessed while wearing. To the front is an elasticated mesh pocket ideal for a packaway waterproof which fits well when rolled up. Behind is a large zipped organiser pocket with a slip pocket suitable for a tablet and further zipped pocket for a phone or valuables. I wore the backpack during hot, humid weather so was very pleased and relieved to see a vented channel on the back so my back didn't become too sweaty. Raising the pack away from the back also helps to keep the water bladder cool too. The straps are fully adjustable for fit and include a clip to secure the drinking hose which is insulated via a light neoprene casing. It is a well designed backpack and well thought out for users either walking, cycling or simply enjoying any outdoor activity. It can also be used without the water bladder which is completely removable.

Descent enough water bladder and backpack. It probably wouldn't stand up to too much abuse and I wouldn't rely on this for survival but certainly for walks and runs not far from the support vehicle it'll do the job.
