Bought these to use at a recent race. They are slim/compact enough to fit in the pockets of my running shorts. They held enough fluid to get me through my race and collapsed very well as I drank. You will have to wash a couple of times before getting rid of the smell and taste that I would describe as industrial plastic. I could see using these flasks for a variety of sports, and I like that they are also able to be frozen.
