This drink bottle is cheap (£5 at the time of writing and now reduced to £3.75), plastic and simple. Indeed, there is no capacity markings on the side of the bottle (800 ml) and the sports top is disappointingly rather stiff to open and close if using your fingers. Of course, using your teeth to open will in time destroy the mouthpiece, if not your teeth! I am hoping that this mouthpiece will loosen a little with use. I do like the indent two-thirds up which makes this easy to grip and from which to hold to drink. Water leaks from this if the sports cap is left up but otherwise, turn it upside down and I did not experience any leaks. Purchased for hiking in the Madeira levadas, this was tested out initially in the gym and to my satisfaction. This is certainly suitable and capacious enough for my forthcoming hiking trip. It is a no frills sports bottle suitable for my needs.

I bought two bottles. Only used them a couple of weeks. Just kept beside my bed for water during the night. Unfortunately they have both developed leaks from the screw top. I haven’t over tightened or under tightened them. Probably just my misfortune. Hopefully this’ll be seen. And company will check for faults.
