At the current price of £11.99 for a pair these water bottles are pretty good for the price. They are lightweight (63g on my kitchen scales compared to 79g for a Camelback podium water bottle). The light weight means that the sides of the bottle are relatively thin and therefore the bottle is quite squeezy. You can therefore easily squirt water into your mouth rather than sucking. The bottle itself is made of clear material that is coloured on the outside. A bottle fits easily into the rack on my bike. I don't know at this stage how the colouring will hold up to prolonged use and being inserted into and removed from the bike rack. My suspicion is that the outer colouring will start scratching off, however only time will tell. The bottles when new have a very distinct plastic smell to them, however this does disappear after about a day if they are left with the tops off. The valve on the top is a push-pull type. It does take quite a lot of force to undo this valve and if you are cycling the only way to do this one-handed is with your teeth. This has the potential of leaving teeth marks on the valve. It is worth noting however, that even with the valve in the open position, you can hold the bottle upside down without losing any of the liquid. Squeezing the bottle will then allow the liquid to come out. This means that you could confidently use these bottles in a rack on your bike with the valves in the open position without losing any liquid. With the valve in the closed position it is entirely sealed, and no amount of shaking or squeezing will allow the water out.

£7.99 for 2x 700mil drinking bottles is fantastic value any day of the week. I like the design and how these bottles merge from colour to black. The top thankfully is a screw top so if you are particularly thirsty and want to gulp large amounts of liquid then just unscrew and chug away, otherwise use the tight to pull open spout that features a one way valve thus preventing any leakage but interferes with the chug. The bottles are indeed squeezable which helps a little with the flow. I do feel that the spout is over engineered and does not need that one way valve but at least I know that my drink will no leak all over my sports kit.

This is a very lightweight pair of water bottles, good size, nice colours, and I am especially happy that they are dishwasher safe. I can see another reviewer stating they are not. However, I double checked the bottles, and they definitely say dishwasher safe. I have also stuck them in the dishwasher myself without problems. I was struggling a bit at first to open the bottle to drink, but once I figured it out, all was good. Bottle quality itself is ok, but I'm not expecting a lot considering the price of currently £9.99 for a set of 2. Overall, great value for the money.
